The Golden Age Ministry works in conjunction with Bible Way Fellowship Baptist Church’s Mission Statement of making disciples of Christ for the kingdom. The ministry consists of several internal committees designed to meet the needs of members. For example, the Care and Nursing Committees are designed to contact and visit the sick and shut-in members at the hospitals and Nursing Homes. We also send birthday cards, fellowship, and pray with them and their loved ones. The ministry meets every 3rd Saturday of each month to pray, fellowship, and share information in the lives of our members. The ministry travels, taking local day trips, overnight trips, and periodically takes a trip across the country. These trips allow the ministry members an opportunity to experience new sights and participate in wholesome activities. The Golden Age Ministry welcomes those persons 55 years of age and up.
